In contrast to other Cheltenham hotels, we’re uniquely central for everything: we’re at the junction of St George’s Place and Clarence Street, GL50 3LA.

Convenient central parking is an option for all Strozzi Palace guests.
We can offer regularly inspected, CCTV monitored, security lit 24 hour parking within 80m of our doors at a site in St George’s Place: see map. Parking costs £5 inclusive per 24 hour period. To reserve a parking space, please complete the online form during booking.
Some on-street parking is also available locally but may be limited at peak times.

On receipt of your reservation, either online or by phone, we ll send a confirmation email that your booking and credit card details are accepted.
We operate a fast, hassle-free self check-in and check-out. Security is remotely monitored - there's no reception (or queues). You can check-in anytime after 3:00pm on the day of arrival, and must check-out by 11:00am on the day of departure.
Everything is prepared in your suite for your arrival, including continental breakfast.
48 hours before your arrival we’ll send you a further email detailing a unique entry access code for the building and your suite valid for your stay. We’ll also send a text message with your codes to your mobile phone for easy reference.
To make sure your email scanning software accepts important correspondence from Strozzi Palace about your booking and arrangements, add suites@strozzipalalce.co.uk to your address book and/or email software White List.
If your confirmation or code entry emails don’t appear in your inbox, please check that a message hasn’t been misdirected into your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
We like to keep things simple. To check out, simply pack and go!

Yes. All Strozzi Palace suites sleep up to two adults and have luxury King or Super King double beds. We also accept infants up to 12 months (see below).
Cots are also available for up to 2 infants under 12 months, bookable in advance subject to availability.
Currently we don’t accept children under 16 - only infants as above. Children over 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
If you cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to your stay, you’ll receive a full refund. After this time the booking will be chargeable.
We certainly hope so! We’ve worked tirelessly to make all our suites a home from home. If there’s something you specifically need that isn’t provided, tell us and we’ll do our best to help.
We want your stay to be effortless. Suites are serviced and tidied every day. Linen is changed twice a week.
Yes, we have our own WPA secured, wireless b/g network available for free guest use. You’ll find login details (SSID and password) in the visitor documentation in your suite.
