Our boutique hotel in Cheltenham is central for everything: we're at the junction of St George's Place and Clarence Street, GL50 3LA.

Convenient central parking is an option for all Strozzi Palace guests.

We can offer regularly inspected, CCTV monitored, security-lit 24 hour parking within 80m of our doors at a site in St George's Place: see map. Currently, guests booking online here may reserve one free parking space for the duration of their stay. Further spaces can be reserved, subject to availability, for £6.75/day inclusive per 24 hour period. To reserve a parking space, please complete the online form during booking.

Some on-street parking is also available locally but may be limited at peak times.

Checking-In/Out

When and how do I check-in?
On receipt of your reservation, either online or by phone, we'll send a confirmation email that your booking and credit card details are accepted.

We operate a fast, hassle-free self check-in and check-out. Security is remotely monitored - there's no reception (or queues). You can check-in anytime after 2:30pm on the day of arrival, and must check-out by 11:00am on the day of departure.

Everything is prepared in your suite for your arrival, including continental breakfast.

48 hours before your arrival we'll send you a further email detailing a unique entry access code for the building and your suite valid for your stay. We'll also send a text message with your codes to your mobile phone for easy reference.

To make sure your email scanning software accepts important correspondence from Strozzi Palace about your booking and arrangements, add suites@strozzipalace.co.uk to your address book and/or email software White List

If your confirmation or code entry emails don't appear in your inbox, please check that a message hasn't been misdirected into your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

How do I check-out? What time must I vacate by?
We like to keep things simple. To check out, simply pack and go!

Please check out by 11am so we can service the suite for our next guests.

We'll check the suite once you've left.

Suite Booking & Occupancy Conditions

Do all Strozzi suites offer double occupancy?
Yes. All Strozzi Palace suites sleep up to two adults and have luxury Super King double beds with Egyptian bed linen.

Can children stay?
Currently we don't accept children under 12. Children over 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. If you have any queries re this please contact us before booking your suite.

What's your cancellation policy?
If you cancel a reservation up to 30 days prior to your stay, you'll receive a full refund. After this time the booking will be chargeable.

What’s available to make drinks and prepare light snacks?
All suites have a granite worktop with sink plus refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery and utensils. We've worked tirelessly to make all our suites a home from home. How often do you service suites/change linen during a stay?
We want your stay to be effortless. Suites are serviced and tidied every day. Linen is changed twice a week.

Do you have Wi-Fi? How do I get access?
Yes, we have our own WPA secured, wireless b/g network available for free guest use. You'll find login details (SSID and password) in the visitor documentation in your suite.

Please note this facility is provided in good faith and may be suspended at any time if abused. We also reserve the right to report any illegal or inappropriate activity on the network to the appropriate authorities.
